1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bb8ph ("we," "us," "our," or "bb8ph"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and bb8ph governing your access to and use of the bb8ph website, mobile applications, and all associated online gaming services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing any part of the bb8ph Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and refrain from creating an account.

bb8ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the bb8ph website. Your continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the bb8ph Service. Users must be legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines or jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. bb8ph operates under the regulatory oversight and licensing framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all age and jurisdictional eligibility requirements.

bb8ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent account closure. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access bb8ph gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to immediately notify bb8ph of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with bb8ph. Creation of duplicate accounts, use of multiple accounts by a single individual, or sharing of accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances and winnings. bb8ph employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multi-accounting.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or using the bb8ph Service:

• Individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or prohibited by local law
• Employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or immediate family members of bb8ph or its gaming partners
• Individuals who have previously been banned, excluded, or self-excluded from bb8ph or any other gaming platform
• Persons acting on behalf of others or operating accounts for commercial purposes
• Individuals with outstanding debts or disputes with bb8ph

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

bb8ph accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including but not limited to: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, RCBC), over-the-counter channels (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bb8ph account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. bb8ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits and to refuse or reverse any deposit that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Processing times for deposits vary by payment method; e-wallet deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take five (5) to thirty (30) minutes.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your bb8ph account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by bb8ph. Minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00); maximum withdrawal per transaction is Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 500,000.00). bb8ph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification status, gaming history, and risk assessment.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. bb8ph may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in withdrawal denial and account suspension.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya); up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers; and up to seventy-two (72) hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

3.3 Fees and Charges

bb8ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own fees, for which bb8ph is not responsible. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank or payment provider processes transactions in a currency other than Philippine Peso.

4. Gaming Rules and Player Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Players must conduct themselves in accordance with fair play principles and the specific rules applicable to each game offered on the bb8ph platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Placing bets using funds obtained through fraudulent means
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of bb8ph software
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or bb8ph staff
• Any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting patterns

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. bb8ph maintains comprehensive logs of all gaming activity, and such logs constitute the official record in the event of any dispute. In cases where a technical error or malfunction affects game outcome, bb8ph reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state.

If you believe an error has occurred in game results or account transactions, you must notify bb8ph customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed transaction. Failure to report disputes within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the transaction as final and binding. All disputes will be investigated and resolved at bb8ph's sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

bb8ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses may occur. You agree to set personal limits on deposits, wagers, and gaming time, and to never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. bb8ph provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. It is your responsibility to utilize these tools if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bb8ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material and on the bb8ph website. Promotional terms form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they convert to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering bonuses, and expiration periods are detailed in each Promotion's specific terms.

bb8ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate bonuses and related winnings if bonus terms are violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if the Player engages in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or violating maximum bet rules during bonus wagering.

Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only. bb8ph reserves the right to exclude professional players, bonus hunters, or players engaging primarily in low-risk betting strategies from future Promotions. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility, validity, and disputes are final and at bb8ph's sole discretion.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension by bb8ph

bb8ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of prohibited software, chargebacks, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Service. Upon suspension, you will lose access to your account and funds may be frozen pending investigation.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bb8ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance after settlement of outstanding wagers will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonuses, pending promotions, and loyalty points will be forfeited upon account closure.

6.3 Consequences of Termination

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, bb8ph may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. bb8ph may also report fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any criminal investigations. Terminated users are permanently banned from creating new accounts or accessing bb8ph services in the future.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game designs, user interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the bb8ph Service are the exclusive property of bb8ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any portion of the Service without express written permission from bb8ph.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE BB8PH SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BB8PH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, BB8PH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BB8PH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BB8PH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BB8PH IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, bb8ph retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of bb8ph's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or proprietary rights.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Waiver

No waiver by bb8ph of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by bb8ph to enforce a right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without bb8ph's prior written consent. bb8ph may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without restriction and without notice to you.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bb8ph concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
